Non-electric sites sit near the trailhead for the 15-mile Stockton Lake Equestrian Trail, which runs to Orleans Trail Campground and includes horse keeping areas. The lake attracts sailors, hikers, and anglers targeting bass, walleye, and crappie, with three full-service marinas nearby.
