Setting
Crabtree Cove sits along the shore of Stockton Lake in the Ozark Mountains, surrounded by native prairie grasses and timber. The campground features 58 sites, most equipped with electric hookups, supported by flush toilets, showers, a dump station, and a boat ramp. The reservoir provides nearly 300 miles of shoreline for sailing, water sports, and fishing for bass, walleye, and catfish. The 15-mile Stockton Lake Equestrian Trail connects nearby Hawker Point to Orleans Trail Campground, and three full-service commercial marinas operate around the lake.
