Setting
Berry Bend Campground sits on the shores of Harry S. Truman Lake amid the oak, hickory, and cedar hills of the Ozark Plateau. The reservoir features 8,800 acres of standing timber that shelter crappie, bass, and catfish. The campground has 91 sites across two loops: B Loop offers spacious full-hookup sites with 50-amp power, water, and sewer, while C Loop has 50-amp and 30-amp electric sites. Facilities include flush and pit toilets, showers, drinking water, a dump station, a boat ramp, a playground, and nearly 30 miles of hiking and equestrian trails.
Getting there: From Z Highway, travel approximately 2 miles south on the Berry Bend Access Road.
