Sylvania (Clark Lake) Campground sits in Ottawa National Forest next to the Sylvania Wilderness Area. The facility features 48 drive-in campsites spread across four loops designed for tents, trailers, and RVs, with select sites offering electrical hookups. Amenities include picnic tables, fire rings, lantern posts, pressurized drinking water faucets, two flush toilet buildings, an accessible vault toilet, and an RV dump station. Adjacent day-use areas provide a swimming beach, canoe launches, and trailheads into old-growth forest and wilderness lakes.
Getting there: From Watersmeet, MI, take US 2 west approximately 3.5 miles to County Road 535, turn left onto County Road 535 and travel approximately 3.5 miles to the Sylvania Wilderness Recreation Area entrance on left.
