Kneff Lake Campground sits in an oak and pine forest centered around 20-acre Kneff Lake. Facilities include hand-pump drinking water wells, vault toilets, and trash collection. An on-site day-use area provides an accessible ramp down to a buoyed swimming beach, picnic tables, and grills. The stocked trout lake permits non-motorized carry-in boats like kayaks and canoes, as well as shore and wade fishing.
Getting there: From Grayling: - Travel east on M-72 for 6.5 miles. - Turn right and travel south on Stephan Bridge Rd. for 1 mile. - Turn left and travel east on FR 4003 and drive about 1 mile.
