Hastings Campground sits along Route 113 near Evans Brook and the Wild River, at the base of Mt. Hastings in the White Mountain National Forest. Shaded campsites are well-separated along a single loop, featuring accessible restrooms, a drinking water hand pump, and an open play field for children. The location serves as a base for stream fishing, with local hiking options ranging from a 2-mile family trail to a steep 9-mile trek on Mt. Hastings. The Appalachian Trail is located approximately 30 minutes away by car.
