Located at Mile 38.2 along the towpath, this site is one of the regular hiker-biker campgrounds spaced every 5 to 7 miles. Overnight use is restricted to one night. Amenities include a chemical toilet, picnic table, grill, and water. The water is non-potable and untreated; it must be filtered, chemically treated, or boiled before drinking or cooking. Water is unavailable from mid-November to mid-April.
