Town Creek Hiker-Biker Overnight (HBO) Campsite in MD -- Campground & RV Camping

Set at Mile 162.1 along the C&O Canal towpath, this stop caters to trail travelers needing a single-night stay. The campsite is furnished with basic amenities including picnic tables, grills, and chemical toilets. Water is present but treated with iodine and may not be active at all individual spots; campers should carry purification tablets. Water lines are shut down from November 15 to April 15.
