Outlet Campground sits in a heavily shaded forest along 110 Mile Creek at Pomona Lake. The park provides 34 campsites and two group picnic shelters, all equipped with water and electric hookups. Facilities include flush and vault toilets, a shower house, laundry machines, an RV dump station, a playground, a boat ramp, and direct access to the short Deer Creek Nature Trail. Outdoor activities focus on lake fishing and boating, while the 33-mile Black Hawk Trail for hiking, biking, and horseback riding starts nearby, with the town of Lyndon located under ten miles away.
Getting there: From US 75 and K-268 junction, proceed east on K-268 for 7 miles, turn north on Pomona Dam Road and proceed 1/2-mile to 229th Street (just before dam). Turn east and proceed to park entrance.
