East Rolling Hills is a large day-use park situated along the shore of Milford Lake on the edge of the Kansas Flint Hills. The facility contains six reservable picnic shelters, each equipped with outdoor grills and vault toilets. Select shelter locations feature nearby playgrounds, horseshoe pits, and sand volleyball courts. Public park amenities include a full-size basketball court, a dedicated swim beach, and a free boat ramp providing access to the 15,700-acre reservoir.
Getting there: Take I-70 to exit 295, then 4.5 miles north to Hwy. 57, then east approximately 1.5 miles to park entrance.
