Setting
The Overlook Shelter is a day-use park perched on a high ridge near the Brookville Lake Dam, offering expansive views of the lake and surrounding landscape. The site features covered picnic space, electrical outlets, a water spigot, two cooking grills, and an adjacent playground, along with modern restrooms and 76 parking spaces. No overnight camping is permitted. Guests can walk the short Overlook Trail directly to the Brookville Lake Visitor Center or access the Whitewater River and nearby lake facilities down below.
