Lithia Springs Campground is situated in an oak and hickory forest on the eastern shore of Lake Shelbyville in central Illinois. The facility features over 100 campsites with electric hookups, including waterfront options, supported by flush toilets, showers, a playground, dump station, and swimming beach. Boaters and anglers have access to an on-site boat ramp, fish cleaning station, and adjacent full-service marina, with stocked fishing ponds nearby. The surrounding region hosts multiple game species and connects to places like Wolf Creek State Park and General Dacey Trail.
Getting there: From Shelbyville, Illinois, go three miles east of Shelbyville on State Route 16 to County Road 2200E. Turn left and go two miles to County Road 1500N. Turn left again and drive 1.4 miles to the campground.
