Fishermans Corner sits along the Mississippi River near a small aquatic marsh by Locks and Dam 14. The campground provides 46 electric RV sites and 5 tent-only sites, supported by flush toilets, a shower house, and drinking water. While the campground lacks direct river access, the adjacent day-use area includes fishing spots, an amphitheater, and a canoe ramp. The Central Trail section of the Mississippi River Trail passes right in front for walking and biking. The Elton E. Fawks Bald Eagle Refuge, Illiniwek Forest Preserve, and the John Deere Pavilion in nearby Moline are close by.
Getting there: From Interstate 80, take Exit 1 for IL State Route 84, East Moline/Savanna. Travel South on IL State Route 84 S/2nd Ave and follow for 1.5 miles to the campground. Entrance to campground will be on the right. From East Moline, travel North on IL State Route 84. Entrance to campground will be on the left.
