Spring Creek Campground sits beneath tall ponderosa pine and fir trees along Spring Creek in the Hitt Mountains of western Idaho. The site sits at an elevation of 4,750 feet within the Payette National Forest and features single-family campsites alongside one group picnic site for up to 100 people. Amenities include picnic tables, fire rings, drinking water, and accessible vault toilets. Several miles of hiking, biking, and off-road vehicle trails cross the surrounding area, including the Sturgill Peak Trail which leads up to an active 1934 fire lookout at 7,289 feet.
