An 18.2-mile stretch of gravel National Forest road in Valley County, ID. The road serves Trail Creek Summit. The road is open seasonally, July 1 to September 30.

7.3 of the 18.2 miles in are maintained only for high-clearance vehicles. Mostly gravel, with 6.9 miles of dirt. Stretches run along a shelf with a drop of up to ~140 ft on the downhill side. Winds through 31 switchbacks. Dead-end road -- no mapped turnaround; expect to back out or unhitch. A gate 12.9 miles in.
