Located along the South Fork of the Salmon River, this paved campground features 10 total campsites, which include 4 walk-in tent sites. Basic amenities consist of fire rings, hitching rails, vault toilets, and drinking water, with no hookups or trash disposal provided. The site serves as a river take-out for float trips originating from Goat Creek, as well as an active river fishing spot. It functions as a central trailhead for a multi-use trail system open to hikers, horses, mountain bikes, and trail bikes, with access to numerous loop routes of varying length.
