Set along the shore of Wallace Lake off Salmon River Mountain Road, this campground has 12 campsites equipped with picnic tables and fire rings. On-site facilities include vault toilets and piped drinking water. A primitive boat launch provides access for non-motorized crafts like canoes and rowboats, offering a quiet setting for lake fishing against the backdrop of the Salmon River Range.
Getting there: From Salmon, go 3 miles north on US 93, 14 miles northwest on Forest Road 023, and 4 miles south on FR 020. The forest roads are unpaved and rough. FR 020 is not recommended for RVs or cars pulling trailers. Check for road conditions before traveling into the forest.
