Nez Perce-Clearwater NF, 91 sites (four loops: 26 group, 27, 26, 11 stock-only) at mile 122.5 US-12 (Lochsa River), ID. Flush toilets, fire rings, picnic tables, 50-ft RVs OK. Dump station. Direct Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness access; hiking, horseback, fishing, boating, swimming, winter sports. $14/night. Mid-May–Sept 30.

Getting there: From Lowell, travel east on Highway 12 for about 25 miles to the campground. The campground is located 120 miles east of Lewiston, Idaho; and 100 miles west of Missoula, Mont. It is located at milepost 122 on Highway 12.
