Slims Camp sits in the Selway River Corridor of the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests in central Idaho, offering three RV/trailer pads and picnic areas. No potable water is available and there is no camping fee. The site provides stock facilities for equestrians and access to the Meadow Creek National Recreation Trail. Fishing is available. The campground operates May 12 through when snow blocks access.
