Located along the Selway River among old-growth cedar trees, O'Hara Campground is the largest site on the river corridor with 32 single-family campsites. Sites feature paved parking spurs, picnic tables, and fire rings, with accessible options available. Facilities include vault toilets and bear-resistant dumpsters; drinking water is available nearby at Cedar Flats. The campground provides access to fly fishing for trout, whitewater rafting, and nearby trailheads into the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness, as well as the historic Fenn Ranger Station.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.
