Adams Ranger Station Cabin is a historic 1932 administrative site set at 5,150 feet in the Nez Perce National Forest near the Gospel-Hump Wilderness. The cabin sleeps eight people using a futon, double bed, two single beds, and two cots. Facilities include a vault toilet, propane cooktop, table, cookware, propane lanterns, and heating firewood rounds. There is no running water on site. Summer access is via the Milner Trail, while winter access requires a 30-mile snowmobile trip. Nearby Corral Creek offers stock facilities and trailheads leading into the wilderness.
The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.
Gospel Hill stands 2,928 ft above the site, 4.4 miles southeast. Cabins and shelters rather than pads -- most of them shaded. Adams Creek runs 0.6 mi off. The nearest town, Grangeville, is 19 mi off.
