Located 9 miles from Ashton in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest, Warm River Campground sits along its slow-moving namesake stream at 5,200 feet. Willow thickets line the banks, while pine trees shade the single sites, 11 tent-only spots, and a large group area built for up to 100 people. On-site facilities include vault toilets, drinking water, trash collection, and firewood sales. The river provides shallow water for tubing and trout fishing, while local trails lead to area waterfalls, natural springs, and historic railroad routes.
