Set inside an aspen grove along the Big Lost River, this primitive campground contains five first-come, first-served campsites. The site does not provide potable water. Nearby recreational opportunities include hiking at the Deep Creek Trailhead, located 3.5 miles south at the Challis National Forest boundary, and wildlife watching at the Whiskey Springs Wildlife Viewing Area and Chilly Slough Wetlands Conservation Area, located 15 miles north along ID-93.
