Pink House Recreation Site sits at 980 feet elevation along the Clearwater River, five miles west of Orofino, Idaho. Shaded by native trees and surrounded by semi-arid hills, the area features a riverfront campground, a large sandy beach, and two reservable day-use pavilions with electricity, lights, grills, and accessible picnic tables. A busy boat launch provides immediate access to salmon and steelhead fishing, as well as popular floating and tubing stretches. Located along the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail, it is one mile from Canoe Camp at Nez Perce National Historical Park.
