Independence Lake Campground features five accessible single sites equipped with nine tables, grills, toilets, and livestock facilities. Located near an alpine cirque basin, the area provides stream and lake access for fishing and non-motorized boating. The 3.1-mile Independence Lakes Trail leads from the campground up to four high-country lakes. Drinking water and trash service are not provided.
