Blowout Campground in ID -- Campground & RV Camping

Located at 5,700 feet elevation, this facility offers 30 campsites on the east side of Palisades Reservoir. The grounds feature forested sites set on top of the hill alongside RV sites situated directly on the shoreline next to the reservoir's boat ramp, accommodating large boats and trailers.

Getting there: From Alpine, WY go about 12 miles northwest on US 26.

• Limited separation from through roads or other sites here, with the nearest through road 0.1 miles off.
• Flat ground is scarce: under a tenth of the terrain within a few hundred yards is level.
• Paul Peak stands 1,521 ft above the map pin, 1.9 miles northeast.
• The Palisades Reservoir shoreline is 0.4 mi off.
