Blowout Campground in ID -- Campground & RV Camping

Located along Highway 26 roughly 58 miles southeast of Idaho Falls, this campground sits under a partial canopy of aspens and tall lodgepole pines. The site features 11 single units and 4 double units. Down the hill, the Blowout Boat Ramp provides direct access to Palisades Reservoir, a popular spot for motorized and non-motorized boating as well as fishing for Kokanee, Brown, Lake, and Yellowstone Cutthroat trout. On-site amenities include a campground host, firewood sales, and dry camping with locked restrooms after fall closures.

Getting there: From Idaho Falls, ID go about 58 miles southeast on US Hwy 26.From Alpine, WY go about 12 miles northwest on US Hwy 26.
