Setting
Beaver Creek Campground sits at 2,500 feet on the shores of Priest Lake under a canopy of hemlock and cedar trees. The facility provides 42 campsites, including one large group site, equipped with drinking water, vault toilets, and picnic tables. A boat ramp at the entrance accepts watercraft up to 20 feet long. Boaters can navigate a 2.5-mile channel to Upper Priest Lake, anglers fish Beaver Creek for trout, and two on-site trailheads lead to the 9-mile Navigation Trail heading north and the 8-mile Lakeshore Trail heading south into the Selkirk Mountains.
Getting there: From Priest River, Idaho, take Highway 57 north to Nordman, then turn right on Reeder Bay Road and continue for 12 miles into the campground.

- Blacktail Mountain stands 2,741 ft above the map pin, 3.2 miles west.
- Most of them shaded.
