Porcupine Campground sits along St. Charles Creek in a canyon shaded by pine and aspen trees within Caribou-Targhee National Forest. Located near Bear Lake State Park, the facility offers six family campsites and one 20-person group site linked by paved roads. On-site amenities include flush toilets and drinking water. Fishing is popular along St. Charles Creek, and the nearby North Fork Trail connects to the 55-mile Highline Trail along the Wasatch Mountains. Minnetonka Cave is located two miles up the canyon.
