A 7.7-mile stretch of gravel National Forest road in Adams County, ID. The road serves Mill Creek Summit. The road is open seasonally, May 15 to September 30.

3.2 of the 7.7 miles in are maintained only for high-clearance vehicles. Mostly gravel, with 2.2 miles of dirt. Stretches run along a shelf with a drop of up to ~110 ft on the downhill side. Winds through 16 switchbacks. Dead-end road -- no mapped turnaround; expect to back out or unhitch.
