The site features an open picnic shelter that seats 50 people, complete with electrical outlets, six picnic tables, a large covered grill area, a horseshoe pit, and a restroom located 75 yards away. The 11-mile-long lake supports boating, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding, while nearby attractions include historic downtown Cartersville and the Booth Western Art Museum eight miles away.
