Big Scrub Campground sits in the sand pine scrub terrain of Ocala National Forest in central Florida. Designed primarily for off-road vehicle riders, the facility features an internal trailhead that connects directly to the 47-mile Ocala Adventure Trail and the Tread Lightly Four Wheel Drive Way. The campground accommodates tents, trailers, and RVs. On-site amenities include restrooms, hot showers, and drinking water. The warm natural springs and swimming area of Alexander Springs are located a short drive from the property.
