Ortona South in FL -- Campground & RV Camping in Florida

Ortona South Campground offers flat, concrete-pad campsites lined with native Sabal palms along the Caloosahatchee River. Each site includes 30/50-amp electricity, water hookups, a fire ring, grill, and covered picnic table, backed by flush toilets, hot showers, an RV dump station, and a wooden fishing pier. Day-use visitors fish off the pier for bass and catfish. A boat ramp is located 25 minutes away at Ortona North. Campers can walk across the river dam to access bike routes or head east toward Lake Okeechobee to link up with the Florida National Scenic Trail.
