Heaton Bay Campground in CO

Situated on the shoreline of Dillon Reservoir within the White River National Forest, this popular developed campground offers immediate access to the Summit County recreation path system. While past hazard tree mitigation has reduced shade, it provides open views of the reservoir and surrounding mountain ranges. The facility features paved loops and pull-through sites that accommodate a wide variety of rig sizes, complete with water fill options and well-maintained vault toilets.
