Springer Gulch Campground sits at an elevation of 8,300 feet in Eleven Mile Canyon, set among ponderosa pine, aspen, and fir trees a short walk from the South Platte River. It features 14 reservable sites with dirt aprons fitting trailers up to 25 feet, campfire rings, picnic tables, vault toilets, and a drinking water hand pump. Visitors come for fly fishing for trout along the granite canyon walls and accessing the nearby Overlook Trail at Spillway Campground for views of the canyon and reservoir.
