Tucker Ponds Campground sits at 9,600 feet in the Rio Grande National Forest. The single-loop campground offers 15 sites nestled in spruce trees adjacent to an open grassy meadow with views of Fox Mountain. Potable water and vault toilets serve all sites. Two Tucker Ponds, each about 10 acres, offer rainbow trout fishing. Pass Creek provides cutthroat trout fishing (artificial flies or lures only). All sites are first-come, first-served with a 14-day limit. Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
