Marshall Park Campground sits in an open meadow along the Rio Grande River at an elevation of 8,800 feet, featuring views of Bristol Head Peak and the La Garita Mountains. The open landscape has few trees, allowing direct sunlight. Sites are equipped with picnic tables and campfire rings, and an accessible vault toilet with a night light is located on-site. No drinking water is provided. Campers fish for rainbow trout in the river, use nearby off-road vehicle trails like Lost Trail #821, or travel seven miles northeast to Creede, Colorado.
