Positioned at 9,500 feet along the Fraser River, Midland Group Campground offers a basic, single-reservation site for groups of up to 36 people just south of Winter Park. The grounds feature a open area for tents and canopy shelters, along with five picnic tables and metal fire rings. Portable toilets are on site, but there are no bear lockers or electric hookups, and drinking water must be hauled from Idlewild Campground three miles away. Nearby 4x4 roads access Jim Creek and historic Rollins Pass.
