Tent camping in high mountain meadows surrounded by ponderosa pine and Douglas fir forest at Aspen Meadow within Golden Gate Canyon State Park. Quaking aspen trees and lush creek corridors frame the 12,119-acre Front Range park. Full access to 35+ miles of hiking, biking, and equestrian trails with horse-trailer parking at Aspen Meadow. Wildlife includes elk, mule deer, black bears, and mountain lions. Visitor center at park entrance.
