Setting
Situated along the South Platte River at an elevation of 6,200 feet, this tent-only campground features 13 campsites. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and a fire ring. The primary draw is fishing along the adjacent river. Portable toilets are provided during peak summer operation, but there is no drinking water on site, requiring campers to haul in their own supply. Full services including trash disposal operate from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
