Lake Fork Campground sits at 9,500 feet on the Conejos River in Rio Grande National Forest's Conejos Peak Ranger District. Offers 18 sites among aspen and mixed conifers, some overlooking the river. Each site has picnic table and fire ring. Vault toilets and one central potable water spigot. Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. Nightly rates: $29 (single), $58 (double). Day use $12 ($10 shoulder season). Max RV length 45 feet. Roads may close mid-March to mid-May. Quiet hours 10 PM–6 AM.
