Guanella Pass Campground sits at 10,900 feet along the South Fork of Clear Creek on the Guanella Pass Scenic Byway, a historic wagon route between Georgetown and Grant. The facility has 18 gravel-road sites split across two loops, including 11 RV sites and seven tent sites set among spruce trees or in the open. Each site features a tent pad, picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill, with hand-pump drinking water, vault toilets, and dumpsters available. Nearby, visitors fish for trout in the creek or hike the Silver Dollar Lake Trail above treeline to Silver Dollar Lake.

Getting there: From I-25 in Denver, take I-70 West to Georgetown Exit 228. Go south on County Road 381 (Guanella Pass Scenic Byway) for 9 miles. From Denver take Highway 285 to Grant. Turn right (north) on to Park County Road 62. Drive approx. 14.5 miles to the campground.
