Wishon Cabin sits at 3,900 feet in an oak and pine forest near the entrance of Wishon Campground in Sequoia National Forest. Built by the CCC in the 1930s, this two-bedroom house features electricity, hot water, a furnace, a tub-shower, and a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Up to six guests can sleep across a queen bed, two twin beds, and a living room futon. Outside features include a picnic table and campfire ring. The Doyle Springs Trailhead is within walking distance, heading north along the Middle Fork Tule River toward giant sequoia groves.

Road difficulty 4 of 5 -- a difficult drive in. Recorded as maintained only for high-clearance vehicles, dirt, pitching to 10%, 30% of it on a shelf.
