Dorst Creek Campground sits at 6,700 feet elevation on the banks of Dorst Creek in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The terrain features lodgepole pine, red fir, open meadows, and small streams surrounded by granite peaks. The site offers paved roads, flush toilets, drinking water, and an RV dump station, but no electric hookups. Each campsite has a picnic table, fire ring, and bear-proof food storage box. Hiking trails lead directly from camp to the Lost Grove sequoias and Tokopah Falls, while Lodgepole Village is nine miles away for visitor services and supplies.
