Setting
Trinity River Campground is a small, primitive facility situated directly along the Trinity River. It contains 7 single sites with average back-in lengths around 16 feet, each equipped with a picnic table and a fire ring topped with a grill. On-site facilities include a vault restroom, but there is no drinking water available. The area offers access to nearby hiking trails, river access, and Trinity Lake, which sits at an elevation of 2,387 feet and supports boating, water sports, and fishing for bass, trout, and salmon. A public boat ramp is 18 miles away at Bowerman.
