Built in 1916, the historic Forest Glen Guard Station sits along Glen Creek and the South Fork Trinity River in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. The two-story cabin sleeps up to eight people with four twin beds, a double futon, and extra floor space, heated by space heaters. The interior includes electric lights, an indoor flush toilet, barrel chairs, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dining set, cookware, and dishes. Outdoor facilities feature a front porch, fire pit, picnic table, and Adirondack chairs. The 21-mile South Fork National Recreation Trail starts nearby.
