Setting
Eagle Creek Campground sits along the Trinity River and Eagle Creek near Trinity Lake. The primitive facility features 17 single back-in sites averaging 16 feet in length. Each site includes a picnic table and a fire ring with a grill top. Vault toilets are located on site, but no drinking water is provided. Boating, water skiing, and fishing for bass and trout take place on nearby Trinity Lake, with a public boat ramp located 20 miles away at Bowerman.
Getting there: Eagle Creek Campground is located 41 miles north of Weaverville Going north on Hwy 3 follow for about 40 miles. Turn left onto Eagle Creek Rd about 1 mile campground is on the left. Campground can also be mapped via google maps.
