East Fork Campground is a small, primitive facility in Klamath National Forest offering 6 campsites at the confluence of the East and South forks of the Salmon River, 27 miles south of Callahan. Each site has a vault toilet; no water or garbage services are provided (river water available for filtering/boiling). Free camping with a 14-day limit, open May 1. Activities include swimming, river fishing, and wildlife viewing. Pack out all trash.
