Year-round group campground in Big Basin Redwoods State Park, designed for larger parties in old growth coast redwood forest of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The site accommodates organized group trips and gatherings within towering ancient trees, with access to the park's extensive trail network. Established in 1902 to preserve ancient redwoods, Big Basin contains the largest continuous old growth redwood stand south of San Francisco. Group-focused forest camping.
