One of four Channel Islands-named campground loops at Carpinteria State Beach, 12 miles south of Santa Barbara on the Santa Barbara County coast. Anacapa Loop offers three group sites: Bobcat and Fox each accommodate 25 people, Raccoon accommodates 40 people. Dry camping with no hookups; sites support tents and RVs up to 35 feet. Each site equipped with fire ring and picnic table. Restrooms with hot showers and drinking water. Beachfront setting with white sand, rock outcroppings, and mile-long beach access for swimming, surfing, and tide-pool exploration.
